The Zimmerman Trial

Re: Oh, Schnizzle. Zimmy's In Trouble Now!

YES and there is zero evidence zimmerman continued to follow after those instructions.

BEFORE that though, the police were actively asking him where he was going, zimmerman was describing turning down various streets, the police were asking, "k where is he now?" etc... they were actively having zimmerman follow him in his truck before that.

Yeah there is. He kept walking and did not change his direction according to his own statement. He merely changed his story about why he left his vehicle.

They did not ask him to follow. They only asked Martin's direction after Zimmerman offered that he was running.

they did not say specifically "hey go follow this guy" but they kept asking him for status updates while trayvon was on the move. In principle they were having him follow him while he was in the car. After they told him not to follow, he said ok, proceeded to have a casual dialogue with the dispatcher, and then the call ended. There is zero evidence zimmerman followed after he was told not to. (not that such a thing would make a difference because as has been said 1 billion times before, following is not a crime).

the two experts howey cites are witnesses for the prosecution, people invested in the trial.

ABC got their own independent analysis done from a analyst not associated with the trial. What were the findings?:

ABC News has exclusively obtained a sample of Martin's voice and sent the short sample, gathered as evidence from Martin's cell phone, to a forensic analyst. Kent Gibson of Forensic Audio tells ABC News that a comparison of Martin's voice, Zimmerman's voice and the screams on the 911 tape, indicate the voice is more likely to be Zimmerman than Martin by a significant margin.

Talk about burying your lead though. Can't interrupt the anti-zimmerman circlejerk the media is prone to.

WELL an interesting part that is being omitted from this initial assertion; is that there seems to be some disagreement, among different voice analyst experts, on whose voice is heard.
I'm sure Martin did scream; right after he got shot, for attacking Zimmerman.

What is that phrase......??

OH-YEAH; resonable doubt.
Only takes one and Zimmerman walks.

yeah the abc article leads with "experts say voice isn't zimmerman" when on the same day a defense witness said:

During his testimony, defense expert Hirotaka Nakasone, an audio engineer for the FBI, expressed his doubts about using the recordings.
"A screaming voice is too far for us to address," Nakasone said. "It might mislead in the worst case."

So what we have is:

2 prosecution witnesses saying it was trayvon
1 defense witness saying you can't tell
1 independent witness for abc saying it's likely zimmerman by a significant margin

And the ABC headline is "2 witnesses say it's not zimmerman"

And Howey says definatively "audio does not belong to zimmerman"

You forgot one.

Zimmerman himself, who said the scream:

" 'doesn't even sound like me.'"

only one person on this board is 'dismissive' about the death of a young black kid, but anyone who holds the entire case on the assumptions of a single voice analyst is a first class idiot.
Your opinion...not to be confused for or with the truth. The entire case is not, nor will be based on the assumption of a single voice analyst, but on all of the facts presented in the case. Moron.

While stalking "is". Semantics.

Burying your lead? You are beyond strange. Anti-Zimmerman circlejerk????? A young black man is dead. Not that that matters to you.

Fact, as I have 6 years of actual experience with order as a Marine.
Oh, please. I am not impressed by "the military", less "the Marines". Your common sense and identity were repressed, in order for you to become "selfless", loyal, and obedient, necessary for combat, and no place else. You're arguing "semantics". I'm not buying.

P.s. And your "duty" and preoccupation with firearms went to your head, as you are a advocate of the NRA, and its' insanity.

yes, an anti-zimmerman circle jerk, like the media actually splicing audio to make it sound like zimmerman said things he did not, which lead to some nbc (abc?) producers being fired. there has been a consistent anti-zimmerman bias. Or showing grainy camera footage of him "not being injured" which also turned out to not be true. Just because trayvon is dead doesn't mean you can suspend all facts.

Elementary. And when Zimmerman is convicted, and put away, it will be you and types like you, screaming "injustice" and proclaiming "a travesty". "Just because Trayvon is dead...." Amazing. The little regard for "black life". Who did you do, to become JPP Staff?

i believe in convicting someone beyond all reasonable doubt. You don't have that. Thus zimmerman should be found not guilty.

It all comes down to who made first physical contact, and there is no evidence suggesting this either way.

It's pretty sad that you are so shortsighted and hateful that no one can have a different opinion than you on a murder case which should have a very high standard of evidence without you kneejerking into crybaby mode.

Lastly, JPP is not the library of congress. It's a small messageboard. I became mod because I am awesome.
