An encouraging trend

Truthmatters
I own a house in LV and in the San Bernadino county area of Cali.

Both of these places are near the top of effected counties in the US by the downturn.

I have seen a new trend in both of these areas that is encouraging.

The empty houses are filling up.

My SB nieghborhood now has no empty houses and the LV one only has a couple left.

I hope this trend continues.
 
incomes are up like 8 months in a row and inflations coming down.
Obama's plan is going to be like rocket fuel.

California's unemployment rate hit 10.1% and is rising. There's going to be a lot more pain felt here before we see a turn around.

Desh is clueless. Those are not new home owners, those are squatters trained by Comrade Obamas organization Acorn.
 
I have seen some rays trying to shine thru... As i continue to state i think we are coming down to the bottom of the recession.

As you know though Chap not every state is the same. California's recent run here was led by the housing boom and thus our low/pain is going to be harder than some other states. In other words California is not going to be among the first states to participate in a recovery.

I was going to say exactly this. Right now is a renters market. I know a couple that are renting a new house, built in the last year and a half that was not sellling. It is 2100' 4 bed 2 1/2 bath, Central air/heat, HUGE back yard with hot tub and in ground sprinklers. $925/month. The owner just wants someone to HELP him pay the note.

I apologize for being rude here but you are patting yourself on the back for figuring something out today that everyone else on the board has known since he changed his name however many months ago?
