separate but equal was a travesty of an opinion, if that's what you're looking for. there are countless tyrannical opinions out there. one needs only to know and understand the constitution. do I need to start a thread on the numerous craptastic court cases we've had to endure throughout our history?

For sure. I wish I could post all the garbage from day 1. I do remember that day4 Fox News (Hannity I believe) was criticizing Obama about "where is all this change" in his first days of being President. A more recent topic would be when Michele Obama promoted 1 more glass of water. The Right said "This isn't Science, this is Control!" Basic ignorance. ]

I will say that Obama had the best Congressional approval of all time his first year. My guess is that post-Bush Republicans realized....(Hey, this dude is fixing all our mistakes.......we won't win again unless we sabotage him)

And if you are judging me for saying Bush was a bad President, you aren't brainy at all, you are BAIS to the point of ignorance...

and when WE decide that a judge has overstepped his or her bounds, then WE can petition our congressperson to have the judge impeached. How many letters have you written to congress and who, on the bench, have you requested be impeached? Short of that, all you're doing is flapping your gums.

this shows that you have a very naive view of the tyranny our government enforces upon us. do you really think that ANY senator or congressperson is going to impeach a judge who grants them MORE power???

it's simply not going to happen, which is why I advocate jury nullification at every opportunity. jury nullification is the last remaining option we the people have before resorting to violence.

so... Because you claim it's too hard, you do nothing. "Advocate jury nullification"? How do you practically do that? Do you write op-ed pieces? Do you speak to potential jurors? Do you seek to become the jury foreman on any and all juries you have served on and urge your fellow jurors to find the defendant innocent in every case regardless of the evidence before them? (have you ever even served on a jury?). How exactly DO you preach your gospel of jury nullification as the last stand before armed insurrection? Oh wait... I think I know the answer to this one...
