Who was this poster and why were they banned? Shouldn't there be some central banned notification thread or something instead of just the "Banned" appearing and no information anywhere about why or even what happened. In this case I can't find any offensive posts, by that I mean no references to the only thing that can supposedly get you banned here--pedophilia, or as I was warned, writing the "t" word, so what did this person do?

I asked for the very same thing on a forum (p.com) and Jeffro and his fellow authoritarian overlords banned me for life.
Clearly on this forum there's very little cause for concern about moderation abuse. Over there I received a warning for calling someone a "miscreant" and was told that one more such "schoolyard insult" (SYI is in their rules) would get me banned. lol. So there they basically make up the rules as they go along.
I got a ban for calling Tim Tebow fans "twats".... and a simple search turned up that a passel of liberals used the word routinely. First time a conservative used it... BAN!
JPP is a completely different creature. The non-instrusiveness of the moderation staff is a breath of fresh air.

Dear dimwit; voter ID laws do not prevent voters from voting; they prevent illegal voting by those who cannot legally vote. But you're a racist dimwit who believes minorities are too stupid to get something as common as personal identification.

If the ID that is required to vote costs money, and if the registered voter has no practical need or use for the ID beyond voting, then the cost of that ID is a de facto poll tax. If voter ID were given free of charge to every registered voter, I, for one, would have no problem with it whatsoever.
Let's address your weak, moronic talking points; every State that has instuted voter ID accommodates those too stupid and poor to pay for and get a valid ID...as if such people exist other than illegals.
As for the claim that there could be a human being in the modern world who has no need for an ID, that is the most incredibly stupid claim anyone could ever make. You can't cash a check or open a bank account without one. You cannot get a job without one. Therefore, unless you are getting cash under the table to earn a living, like illegals, you cannot survive.
