So Santa Claus and Sinterklaas, Saint Nicholas, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle and simply "Santa", is a fantasy figure
with legendary, mythical, historical and folkloric origins....not a white guy....?
So was he supposed to be some other 'race' ?
Have you EVER, historically, seem him portrayed any other way ?

can a "fantasy figure" really, objectively, have an unambiguous "race"? especially when the historical antecedents say he was NOT white?

Caucasian race (also Caucasoid) is the general physical type of some or all of the populations of Europe, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, Western, Central and South Asia.
The term was used in biological anthropology for many people from these regions, without regard necessarily to skin tone is one definition I've seen...

Sephardic Jews in Israel are VERY dark skinned. They are the Jews who stayed in the region after the diaspora and did not move to colder climes. They look like Jesus looked. not white. not one bit.

and my question was not rhetorical in that I was not trying to say that sephardic jews WERE descendant from Eastern Europeans, it was a practical question: have you ever seen one... a jew not descendant from Eastern Europeans? Most jews in America are Ashkenazi, not Sephardic. Ashkenazi jews look very white given their northern european heritage. Sephardic jews, who are jews descendant from those who didn't head north but chose to stay under the same hot sun that Jesus lived under, are not white at all. Neither was Jesus. Megyn Kelly is an ignorant idiot.
