I will admit on not being up to speed on second hand vapors. As I said earlier. If they emit VOC's in excess of established exposure limits of HAPS then I would argue that the public has a right to be concerned.LOL second hand vapor!
I expect less knee-jerkishness from you
My main argument isn't based on that though. It's based on common sense, common courtesy and manners. If the majority of people don't want you smoking or vaping around them in a public place cause they don't want to breath your second hand smoke or VOC's you should have the courtesy and the manners to oblige them. I like to smoke the occasional cigar but it only takes one person, and I don't care what the laws are, to say "Please don't do that around me" and I'm going outside or someplace where it won't bother anyone or I'm putting it out.
So you anarcholibertarians can spare me your faux outrage and learn some manners.
