It's High, Long Overdue Time To Take This PC Single Mother Myth To The Wood Shed.

You did not, dummy. You "bolded" the statement "based on limited information." YOU ARE ASSUMING that he failed to disclose what information he had in making his case. I see no reason to assume that.

You are a pos who does nothing but provide cover for racist scum. Fuck off, coward.

LMAO... lets see... which of these two is the better assumption...

1) That the man typed out in a paragraph the sum of his knowledge on the topic... which is YOUR assumption.

2) That the man made a quick comment on facebook and didn't type out everything he knew about the topic. Keep in mind this is a black man who grew up in the Oakland area and that still lives there and coaches there... my assumption.

Yeah... your assumption is the ignorant one to make.

You are the racist for assuming that the sum of the black mans knowledge was in that paragraph. Why do you hate black people?

Really? It's ignorant to suggest it's better for a child to have a mother and father? There are always going to be idiot fathers unfortunately. But that doesn't change that overall children benefit from having a father figure in their life. Like I said, I don't know your background but I might surmise you enjoy "white privilege" if you think stating the importance of a father is ignorant.

(And to reiterate this is not knocking women or the role they play)

Just re-read this part of his comment... "There is no shortage of idiot males that think a fatherless boy needs to be yelled at, disciplined and/or physically abused more. That's an ignorant position based on a lack of information."

He clearly has daddy issues. Or he is becoming like Desh. One or the other.

Strawman. It is ignorant to argue that society and children would be better off if our culture treated single motherhood as unacceptable. That is what you argued. You seem to be under the delusion that the only reason single mothers are not happily married is because it is acceptable not to be. That is also very ignorant.

Why do you think this is about race?

Neither you, your friend nor supperfuckingstupid have more real world knowledge of what a fatherless boy experiences than I do.

Yeah, can't say I'm all that familiar with men believing what he said.

ROFLMAO... you are the one creating the straw man you moron. He did not say anything about 'treating single motherhood as unacceptable'. You entire comment above is a STRAW MAN.

Neither you, your friend nor supperfuckingstupid have more real world knowledge of what a fatherless boy experiences than I do.

1) Told you... he has daddy issues
2) Again... poor little String ASSUMES what other people know. He tries to dismiss us based on HIS ASSUMPTION of what our knowledge is on the subject. All because it doesn't fit his narrative.

Fuck you, coward. Maybe you'd like to quit trying to make this about me. Why is there no correlation between the rate of single motherhood and crime?

No, it's not a strawman nor is it ignorant to think it would be better if society was less open to single motherhood (and that included placing the responsibility on the men who make a baby and leave). Men don't get off the hook here. If you are man enough to make one you should be man enough to raise a child.

My friend happens to be black and was speaking about what he is doing in the black community and what he believes needs to be done in the black community but I specifically said at the beginning it's not about race. The need for a father transcends racial boundaries.

I'm lucky, my parents are still alive and have been married for 44 years. My father is in my life so I personally have not had to experience growing up without a father. But I've seen enough through friends and the community I live in to know what growing up fatherless can do to children. There's nothing ignorant about that.

Again you moron, I never said there IS a correlation. So why would I argue that?

This is about YOU because YOU keep making comments and accusations that are WRONG.

then why do you seek policy to punish these children further?

Yes he did, you ignorant pos.

I do not disagree with the notion that it is much more acceptable today in society for people to have children out of wedlock. From a freedom perspective that would be a good thing. From a child's perspective and a societal perspective I'd argue its not.

All you have are personal attacks.

My father died when I was 3, fucktard. I don't have daddy issues. I know what the reality is. You are an ignorant pos who thinks he is an expert on everybody else's problems.

Again you moron, I never said there IS a correlation. So why would I argue that?

Bullshit, coward. You are attacking me because I was critical of your party brand via the repugnant racists/mysoginist that you are too chickenshit to challenge.

black people have already decided the republican party is racist.

the only way they can change that is to stop being the party of racism

It was a strawman. You misrepresented my point by making it seem that I was saying "it's ignorant to suggest it's better for a child to have a mother and father?"

It is ignorant to think that what a fatherless boy needs is for a man to yell at them. You are familiar with men believing just that. You shared an account of it with us.

And there you go superfuckingstupid. He argues exactly what you say he did not in the bold above.

The example I shared was a coach telling his player to get back on defense and keep his hands up. I would hardly quantify that as yelling at a child. The child's mother thought the coach was yelling at her son. I never said a fatherless child needs a father to yell at him I said a child needs a father (male role model) in their life to teach many necessary life lessons.

Did you not read your own source/posting? I think you are coming down with Novaitis.

Now this isn't related to crime but it speaks to effect of single motherhood on young men. This is from my buddy who is a coach and mentor in Oakland.

""A mother of a player told me I shouldn't raise my voice at her son he does not respond well to it. I said all I said was get back on defense and get your hands up. She said it was the way you said it. Then it hit me, many of these kids have no father in the home and never hear a man's voice giving a man's command. This is why we need community coaches because just hearing a man's command voice could change a child's life. The little things are really big!- Shawn G.""
