no, but that is because general traffic laws are both constitutional and necessary. the only 'laws' necessary to break or violate are the unconstitutional ones.

Really? Where in the Constitution does it say that traffic laws controlling the speed of automobiles is constitutional? And how does the state have the power to enforce traffic laws but not require you to have a license to drive a car in the first place? And how does the state have the power to take that license away for breaking those laws but not have the power to require a license? Please be as specific as you can.

depending upon the state constitution (and it's necessary to understand that the constitution does not give rights, but only gives certain powers to the government) it has the power to regulate the highways. that would mean things like number of lanes, speed, tolls, etc. since we the people have the innate right to travel freely, the constitution cannot deny that right, nor can they license a right. the state cannot require a license for you to exercise a right, therefore they only have the power to take away something from you that you let them.
One of these days your luck is going to run out and you will find yourself before a judge. I would love to hear how that session eventually turns out! Especially if she or he gives you a certain amount of time to return with a driver's license or find yourself in contempt of court! I bet you will find a constitutional justification for getting that license soon enough!
