Conservatives, who is your current fav. for the Republican presidental nomination?

Hitler promoted the return to what in reality was a mythical "Golden Age". He was a Conservative by definition, he promoted a return to what he called "core values". He wanted to exterminate the Jews, because they were not part of what WAS, they were not historical Germans.

The Mission District in San Francisco is a famous neighborhood known for its Hispanic culture and its progressive politics. It's liberal even by San Francisco standards. It's been going through gentrification as more young rich and white tech workers have been moving into the neighborhood. Activists in the neighborhood have been fighting this gentrification and the evictions of poorer residents as those with more money move in. So by definition all these so-called progressives are actually conservatives.

I would agree with that. And I would be against it.

You would be against the gentrification of the neighborhood or those who are fighting it?

No, I would be against the efforts to stop the gentrification. I would recommend accepting change and welcome the people of a new ethnicity. I would recommend being accepting of people who are different.

It appears to me some of the conservatives cant express a like or dislike of a Republican candidate until the TEA PARTY tells them who to like.

The election is almost three years away. One doesn't have to have a favorite right now. I'm a Republican and have no idea who I will support. That's the whole point of having a primary. Why do I need to know who I support right now?

. You don't have to. But you could say who you like and why, if you want. It was the people who answered that they will like whoever is supported y the TEA Party that I directed my comment toward.

Funny that you bristle if another liberals notions are attributed to you yet you don't mind painting us righties with a rather broad brush

Ironic isn't it?
. Good point, I'll try to remember that and do better.

Anyone other that the two communist chicks in Vermont would be preferable to any democrat.
First things first, 2014 midterms.

I would absolutely love Sarah Palin to be in the White House. My God, think of it: Respect for life, correct laws being enforced, Christianity at the forefront of a Christian Society!! What's not to love?
