Did anyone watch the police interrogation video yesterday? The morning after killing a 17 year old kid, he is whining and complaining about how he "does not need any trouble in his life right now."
The Dunn guy is a sociopath, but did he reasonably believe he was facing bodily injury?

I saw it this morning on the news. The guy appears to feel nothing, he's whacked.
Can't say I am surprised; both of you are losers when it comes to prosecuting and comprehending the law. Or in your case, comprehending just about anything.
I hope he is convicted for the sake of justice. Florida's law makes it too easy for him to get off, but I doubt he will. Luckily, in this case, the jurors don't often follow the law, they go on feelings about the accused.
My buddy the defense attorney is doing a kick ass job.
So your buddy is defending the guy you want to see convicted because you prefer citizens to be unarmed victims of thugs and think he is doing a kick ass job. I'm either missing something, or you are terribly confused, or just damn stupid.
I am able to think my friend is doing a great job, but still hope he is going to lose.
I am able to separate my desire for my friend to succeed, with my desire to see justice done.
I am also able to understand that the law is a bad one, but that in this instance the correct result could occur.
Can you not see how these things are possible?

IT would take a larger mind to be able to understand the ability to have competing interests and desires. My mind is not so small that I cant understand the existence of inconsistent desires.

The same tortured logic that argues citizens should not be armed, should not have the right to defend themselves from thugs and thinks that big Government is good; but only if your "deciders" are in charge.
Have I ever argued that citizens should not be armed? Have I ever argued that citizens should not have the right to defend themselves? Have I argued that every aspect of government is Good?
