What issues do YOU think Obama will use Executive Order on?

At the state of the union address Obama clearly stated he is ready to use executive order because of all of the childish filibustering, and who could blame him. They filibustered lots of good laws.

I think/hope he will use executive order on "The Anti-Outsourcing Bill" even though if Christie becomes president he will get all the credit. No bill in history had more potential to help America and it's jobs and few even heard of it. The few who did took the name too literally and didn't read the bill.

So what bills do you think Obama will use Executive Order on?
 
Maybe he will end the Afghanistan war. I know that made Paul Ryan mad when he stated he would end it in 2014 and Ryan said "but that is war season!"

Maybe he will end weed laws in America.

Maybe he will end marriage inequality laws in America.

Maybe he will do what the Right Wing thinks he will do and Control us all and make us all half black, half gays.
 
I don't know if it would be Constitutional, but that doesn't really matter, does it?...

.... I predict a blanket pardon for everyone who violated our immigration laws.
 
HE can decide how to enforce / not enforce Federal Marijuana law, but he does not have the power to make it legal Federally or at the State Level.

I was simply saying he can only pardon for federal offenses, not state ones like the Biebs is facing.

Probably. Why not? I mean, it probably violates all sorts of DOJ Guidelines but the President's power to pardon is pretty danged broad.



But, actually, now that I'm thinking about it a bit more. Immigration offenses are generally civil as opposed to criminal, so I don't know whether the President can pardon for civil offenses.

What gives him the authority to decide HOW TO ENFORCE/NOT ENFORCE any law?

Where does that authority emanate?

Isn't that effectively legalizing it?
