Your bluff and bluster aside, you clearly are just blowing smoke by trying to relive the entire situation. Here is the the transcript (yet again) FYI. Note that it was Zimmerman who initiated pursuit of a person he deemed "suspicious" and CONTINUED after being told by the 911 dispatch that his following Martin was no longer necessary.

THis is the first time I am thinking this guy might walk. I don't think they can come to the conclusion on the 4 attempted murder charges but be deadlocked on the 1st degree
What if they are deadlocked on Murder 1 vs. Murder 2 vs Manslaughter?THis is the first time I am thinking this guy might walk. I don't think they can come to the conclusion on the 4 attempted murder charges but be deadlocked on the 1st degree
I don't think so. I think you do the jury a disservice. I think the fact that it has taken this long demonstrates that they are covering the evidence very thoroughly. If that were the case I do believe that they wouldn't have asked the judge the very thoughtful question that they asked today of;Nope. Two black women are not voting not guilty on this guy. I will tell you what is far more likely to be going on. They reached guilty on the first four charges, one of which was firing a gun into a car (duh), but there are about two or three white people who feel sorry for him because he looks like their dad, and are loathe to send him away for life.
If they don't cave, the jury will hang, the black women will hold firm. Do you know why? THAT COULD BE THEIR FUCKING SON.
My opinion of course.

What if they are deadlocked on Murder 1 vs. Murder 2 vs Manslaughter?
Not necessarily. They could agree that he's guilty of a criminal act but disagree on which one.It sounds like they can't agree on anything pertaining to the main charge
The charges against Dunn are 1 count of murder 3 counts of attempted murder 1 count of shooting or throwing a deadly missile.
Actually now that I analyze this I think it's indicates he's been convicted on some of the counts or at least one.
The Jurors are asking if each charge is to be independently considered of the other. The answer is yes.
If they believed that they were not independent and had reached a "not guilty" verdict on each attempted murder counts then by proxy they would believe him to be "not guilty" of murder.
Conversely if they believed that he was "guilty" of attempted murder and that each charge was dependent on the others than they would believe him to be "guilty" of murder too.
Asking these questions under either of these scenarios doesn't make sense. It only makes sense if they have convicted him on at least one of the charges, besides the murder charge.
My guess is that he will be convicted of at least one charge other than the Murder1/Murder2/Manslaughter charge which they have not reached a verdict on yet.
