Dunn trial begins in Florida

After reading some of the reports what I don't get is he was convicted on 3 counts of attempted murder, but when he actually committed the murder the jury deadlocked. Then this guy claims Jordan was out of the car but regarding the autopsy reports it is said that the bullets entered in an upward position which is typical of someone lying down on their side. I also think what actually hurt him was the fact that he ordered pizza after the shooting which indicates no type of desire to call authorities. You can argue shock, but unless this person was suffering from EXTREME shock, nobody that shoots someone (unless they are just cold-blooded killer) is going to order sustenence after something traumatic as a shooting.

In addition from what I understand he shot 9 times at close range? Doesn't sound like fear of your life if you gotta squeeze the trigger that many times at close range.
 
I followed Mott and went to the same website, here is what Dunn said in the following:

"But I would offer that, rather than rail against the ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws, people take a look at the violence and lifestyle that the “Gangsta Rap” music and the “thug life” promote. The jails are chock full of young black men – and so are the cemeteries. Gun laws have nothing to do with it. The violent sub-cultures that so many young men become enthralled with are destroying an entire generation. Root cause analysis says to correct the behavior. The black community needs to do a better job of selling worthwhile role models."

Forget the fact that suburban white kids are the largest consumers of rap music, and forget the fact that not every single black person doesn't listen to "Gangsta rap," and forget the fact that there is no significant correlation between music and violence this guy obviously has an issue with race.

Not really....I don't make insignificant threads about race...Go through my profile and look at my comments and threads and you'll see I'm not preoccupied with race whereas for you, that is another story.....

The counts are consecutive with a twenty year minimum, with a max of 15 for the firing missile charge. So even before count one this guy is facing a minimum of 60-75 years in prison which is life obv
