Terrorism deaths quadruple under Obama

So Obama's responsible for every terrorism death overseas even though he's not the leader of those countries?

Too bad your messiah bush started the ball rolling with Iraq, huh.
 
Obama has exacerbated the phenomena but he's not the cause of it. Within Islam there are X amount of adherents that are ripe for radicalization and ISIS presents a sort of flag ship for them to rally around. Obama's fault [if one is looking for partisan points] was in failing to secure Iraq after he came into office. Or again with the partisan points, one could blame Bush for getting us into Iraq in the first place.

The problem with both partisan ideas is that it ignores the fundamental issue, which is radical Islamic ideology. Sooner or later, with or without Bush/Obama, the Middle East was going to be destabilized by radical Islam---such as it was in Egypt which had little or nothing to do with the Iraq war or its consequences.

The west needs a coalition to crush ISIS and remove the flagship. It won't remove the ideology, but maybe it would reduce the acts of terrorism. The only way to deal with the ideology is to isolate it and for that we need the help of Muslims because radical Islam is a cancer in their religion.

Ultimately, it's up to them to remove it.

I agree in part, but that ignore the so called "moderate" Muslims that agree with the goals of the radicals if not the methods

Think of it like liberals who call for higher taxes but don't want to pay them. That is what a moderate muslim is

I know what you're saying but there are moderate Muslims. The debate typically takes two extreme positions: one is there are no moderate Muslims; the other being that 99.9% of Muslims are moderate.

Unfortunately, though neither position is true the first proposition is closer to the truth than the latter. Predictably, the radicals take advantage of a gullible media who will believe any Muslim is moderate simply because they claim to be....that goes on a lot.

However many actual moderate Muslims there are they are a critical piece to the puzzle.

I formally condemn the deceit of the lead poster for implying that Obama is not the root of ALL evil.
Everyone already knows Obama is the only font of terrorism in the world.

But Obama also causes cancer, flat tires, and short penises as well.
