Melania Trump Broke the Law

The photographer who took the shots says she wasn't paid for her work, so unless there's proof that she didn't work for free or didn't fly back to Slovenia periodically, this is a non-starter.

Another photographer said she was paid.

Zampolli said he believed she came to the U.S. in 1996, but was not certain: “It was 20 years ago.” He said he checked with his lawyer at the time, who also remembers her coming in 1996. He said he found her in Milan while scouting for new talent and asked her to come to New York to work for his then-agency, Metropolitan Models. He said she was successful, getting hired several times a month for department store catalogs. Sometimes she modeled lingerie, he said, and once she was featured on a huge billboard overlooking Times Square in an ad for Camel cigarettes.

Zampolli is not "another photographer".

In an interview with The Associated Press, agent Paolo Zampolli offered the most detailed description yet of how the wife of the Republican presidential nominee came into the country.

Donald Trump's presidential campaign repeatedly declined to clarify her comments. The campaign also declined to discuss Mrs. Trump's immigration history in detail or provide copies of any paperwork that would put the issue to rest.

Donald Trump has made illegal immigration a signature plank in his campaign platform, and his wife has often cited her path to U.S. citizenship in defense of his hard line, saying she came to the U.S. legally and other aspiring Americans should follow her example.

Zampolli said that while he was a partner at modeling agency Metropolitan Models, he secured a work visa for Mrs. Trump, who in the mid-1990s was named Melania Knauss.

"I know she was not working a paid job before she got the H-1B," Zampolli said, referring to the type of work visa that U.S. companies can obtain for "fashion models of distinguished merit and ability." H-1B visas generally allow a person to work and live in the U.S. for three years with the opportunity to renew the visas for another three years.

Zampolli said he based the H-1B application on Mrs. Trump's previous modeling work in Paris and Milan. "We used whatever she did before to get her a visa," he said. "She had enough tear sheets to qualify."

I thought her girl/girl porn was for a French magazine called Max. BTW, didn't she deny being paid?

I found that Max is an Italian magazine. I have to see if the Italian magazine did an actual shoot in the US. I don't actually know what she said about being paid.

Max is a monthly magazine published in Italy since 1985. The magazine is part of the RCS MediaGroup and has a monthly circulation of about 200,000 copies. Aimed primarily at a male audience, Max debuted on newsstands in 1985, based in Milan by Paul Pietroni.

Your video isn't about Zampolli, it's about Jarl Al-ay De-Basseville.

"We're seeing more sultry photos from Melania Trump's nude magazine shoot. She's totally naked - but for a pair of spiky high heels! The photos were taken by renowned photographer Jarl Al-ay De-Basseville for a French men's magazine 21 years ago..."

I didn't say the video was about Zampolli.

I made his Wiki link bigger for you. :D

I hope she was here legally. I hope she did have an H-1B work visa from 1996-2001. Then why did she fly to Slovenia every few months to 'stamp her visa'? Was she lying about that? Did she fly there every few months for 5 years, or was she lying? I don't need proof, I don't need receipts, I just want a simple explanation about why she was renewing a temporary visa, if she was actually legally working on an H-1B visa. Not complicated. Not subject to opinion. Not easily resolved by hard copies of decades old documents that aren't available. Just give us a reasonable argument why she claims to have stamped a visa that doesn't need stamping.

I'm not accusing her of a crime.

The burden of proof will rest with the prosecution, if there is ever a case.

Truer words could hardly be spoken. You finally are starting to make sense, Troll. There will be no prosecution, this issue is about the Don's credibility about assuming guilt on the part of immigrants, Muslims, scientists, minorities, the poor, the weak, the disadvantaged, public servants, unions, and anyone else that speaks against his bombastic rhetoric. Hopefully, you do not fit into any of those categories, Troll. You will thus probably be one of the last of his victims.

You and I are coming at this from different positions. For you it's "First Lady v. private citizen." For me it's about body-shaming one woman who only posed in a sleeveless dress v. another woman who posed nude.

Further, Melania came here when she was 25, a fully-grown adult. Nobody forced her to pose nude or do girl-on-girl photos for the Italian version of Playboy. She put her lady parts out there for everyone to see and she did it for money. Because she did this, she's in the public domain. So I find it hypocritical to say we should give her a pass because she's a private citizen. She put herself in the public eye and if the Donald doesn't like it her past being brought up, tough.
Massive hypocrite.
