looking around at the voters ( and I am in the swing part of the swing I-4 corridor ) and knowing the demographics -
I would doubt Trump wins this part of the state, and that means he doesn't win Florida.

It means voters that has sat out previous elections will come out of the woodwork and vote for Trump. These are voters that don't show up in polls because the pollsters only ask people who usually vote. Brexit polls showed that these people were not accounted for and they made a huge difference

Yes very true, the Brexit vote had a very high turnout.
