I disagree; NO ONE is above the law and if the investigation leads right to Obama, then he should be named in the indictments as well.

The ONLY reason to maintain a private e-mail server while serving in the public's interest is to be non-transparent and commit illegal activities away from the Public eyes. NO ONE in Government should conduct business in probate and away from public scrutiny......EVER.

clinton foundation still under investigation. I want her in jail for life, possibly executed (legally with due process - hi nsa). She needs to go.

That's where I'm at. She's been disgraced and her political career is over. The message has been sent.

She's wouldn't go to prison anyway, and it would get congress bogged down with that instead of replacing Obamacare.

It's a no-go as far as I'm concerned.

I'm not "at" anywhere. I just asked the question. Sure, I was "there" during the campaign, but now that it's over, I honestly don't know. I mean holy shit, we might make a martyr out of her. Might be better to let her rot in Chappaqua, with Billy Bobb rockin' The Energizer in the next room.
 
I think it would be foolish for Trump to do that, all it will do is keep her in the spot light and distract from his agenda.

She is a nobody now, let her wither away far from the spot light.

He'll let the FBI continue doing whatever they're going to do as far as investigating. At least we'll have an honest DOJ in place who won't stand in the way of recommendations to indict or proceed further...no more meetings beforehand on airplanes and deal-cutting.

He will appoint an INDEPENDENT prosecutor; something that should have been done in the first place but Obama is just as corrupt and stupid as Hillary.
