So, the simple answer is don't let anyone ruin your Christmas, because the only way they can is if you let them.

I don't, and I have a pretty good gripe against Christians from a seniority standpoint. You don't hear me bitching that people don't say "Happy Chanukkah" to me, or that there aren't more Chanukkah songs (because frankly, that damned Dreidel song was old by the time I was 3) or seeking out ways to be offended (admit it, you went out of your way to find that image, or you were trolling an athiest forum, or some other faux-Christian sent it to you because they wanted you to rage stupidly with them) so I can rant my impotent rage at JPP.

We were here first, and you really don't hear us bitching because Starbucks took snowmen off their cups (naturally, the first thing the baby Jesus did was build a snowman, which makes them holy and suitable for "Christian Holiday" cups).

People say "Merry Christmas" to me, I say it to them. No big deal. Because I and many like me are not fake Christians who don't have even the smallest nodding acquaintance with what it means to be Christ-like, and are CERTAINLY poor little babies who are soooo offended that they have to be annoyed by non-Christian religious celebrations.

And yeah, Philly, I'm saying it plain and simple, now: You are NO Christian. Jesus would watch your comments on this forum and weep that he had lost you to Satan, and that you so willingly went. You have no business bitching about any kind of religious persecution.

Well you or somebody will have to break it down for me using smaller words or something. He posted a pic of an atheist billboard and said he's tired of their God-hating garbage. He said that message is propaganda. I said that atheists have the freedom to do that just like Christians have a right to post billboards of nativity scenes. I say if you're going to use the word "propaganda" the claim is that someone with a cause is trying to influence your thinking. Why else would he show a picture of the billboard?
