Manchester

We can set aside that this would be unconstitutional and in opposition to one of the principles our founders held dear. For the bolded, what would that mean for the millions of Muslim Americans who continued to worship and practice their religion peacefully? Fines? Jail? Deportation? What would regulation entail?

Why can we regulate guns, but not religion. Answer that first then I'll consider answering your obvious misconstruction.

What Trump is trying to do is what should have been tried long ago.

Bush took the fight to the bad guys, albeit somewhat misdirected at times, he did land the ship in the muddy water.

Obama decided all of that sacrifice, both blood and monies were a bad idea, tried a different approach. tried to talk nice nice, cuddle them.
Somewhere in his first year of doing that he realized he fucked up, back peddled, tried to act like a tough guy, but everyone on the world stage knew he was a pantie wearing liberal by then.
So suddenly the US looked like a bunch of bumbling idiots. terror won.

Now trump is trying to reinstate our leadership capabilility, which by the way is our only chance of defeating terror.
World leaders know that, we are the point men, but they have to help, and so far it looks like they may be willing, if we stick to the program and show them we mean business.
Trump bitch slapped Assad, he bitch slapped Putin. And Israel and Saudi Arabia, just to name two took notice.

Now if we can just get the liberal wing of our political system here in the US to stop acting like little girls that had their lollypops taken away. Whining and stomping their feet about insignificant fairytale
conspiracies we just might be able to get something done. I don't hold out a lot of hope given the Democrat leadership as it stands. otherwise these cowardly attacks on innocents will become more the norm

Your sadness is justified, liberal.

RIP Manchester victims.

Now let's find these Muslims and send them back to Allah!

The thing is, weirdo, that in a civilized country religious groups settle in quite easily - it is only in racist places like Bradford where the settlers keep sending home for their wives that there are problems, and they are essentially linguistic.

I would seek help if I was you, or if I was a close acquaintance of you I would make sure you were on a watch list somewhere. seriously. You're printed word comes off as that of someone on the fringe of losing it.

You're a screaming nutter. Go back to the asylum, if you can afford it in that weird country.

You should get out of your all white ghetto in the Valleys and see what's really going on. Start with the former Lancashire mill towns like Burnley, Blackburn and Oldham.

In other words, be a good little goat herder. Just shut up, keep your heads down, and don't piss off the Muslims.

Fucking cowards. lol

But a pretty significant minority, right? Are you really comfortable painting hundreds of millions of people who have basically nothing to do w/ the extremists w/ the same brush?

And again - what's the plan? If everyone agrees that all Muslims are "bad," what then? What do you propose?
it' the fact that salafism has taken hold as a viable sect;which leads to salafi-jihad becoming more normative

Define "normative."

Look, we can all go back & forth on this all day. The fact remains that there are hundreds of millions of Muslims who do not ascribe to violence.

We all should be on the same page w/ this one. Extremists? Of course - we need to identify them and go after them wherever they may be hiding or plotting. The problem w/ a lot of the rhetoric about "Islam" in general is that it feeds right into their agenda - they want us to view the entire religion that way, and marginalize all Muslims. And the problem when we start ratcheting up that rhetoric is that we see instances of bullying, vandalism & persecution rise domestically, as we have seen in the past year.

It's not right, and it's counterproductive.

The POTUS sure slammed the lid shut on that propaganda by forming a coalition comprised of many muslim nations.
