That line you reference was a specific situation in their history, and referenced a group that had declared a war against followers. I don't proclaim to be an expert on Islam, but neither are you - and context is everything w/ any text like that. It's unfortunate that it gets posted to some websites and repeated as though it's a tenet that all Muslims follow in all situations.

A "Christian" that adheres to the Old Testament is a Jew. And Jews, more or less as a rule, know the history of their text and are not antagonist against non-followers of their religion.

Yet a large faction of Muslims are, therefore, irrespective of what your 'Koran experts" tell us, believe as I do, that the Koran commands them to do violence until there are no non-believers of their religion.

Until you and other leftists recognize that, there isn't any way to come up with a solution.

These conversations always go like this. I'm not sure what the goal is. Will you and Right be placated when we all say that all Muslims are just bad people? What then? What's the big plan?

Neither did he call them dancing fairies. He didn't call them a lot of things. But he said he would call them losers rather than monsters, because they would like that term.

Changing the subject won't work. Christians cannot point to their holy book to support slaughter. Muslims can.
 
And I'll put the same question to you, Right: if you finally get us to say that all Muslims are bad people, what then? What is this "solution" you speak of?

Muslim nations have agreed to join the POTUS' coalition against islamic terror, specifically naming ISIS and Al Qaeda as the first to go.

First, I wouldn't let them emigrate to the west unabated. What is happening now in Europe is nothing short of an invasion.

In the US, I would declare Islam antithetical against the Judeo-Christian values that the US was founded on, then regulate it as such. Then I'd eliminate the so-called "no-go" zones. I'd restrict immigration of Muslims.

Until the majority of Muslims denounces the minority, they are all part of the problem.

We can set aside that this would be unconstitutional and in opposition to one of the principles our founders held dear. For the bolded, what would that mean for the millions of Muslim Americans who continued to worship and practice their religion peacefully? Fines? Jail? Deportation? What would regulation entail?
