There is no need to repeal Obamacare, as left to it's own it will die in pieces

The GOP is fully aware that Hobocare does not need to be repealed as it can not survive on it's own.

True, except that it will Not happen, the Repubs would own the results, meaning even they are not That stupid. Simply put the GOP has no actual answers to much of anything so far, wait for the Tax Reform debate they will prove it once again. Before you get too triggered, I voted straight Repub, except for the Moron that managed to win the WH, I skipped that None of the Above voting "choice". Better come up with some actual accomplishments or ..............I wonder how the latest Presidential Vacation is going, is there a way to get him to stay on it permanently? Or is that the SP job..............LOL.

Oh my gosh! I said I USED to work for the h.d. That ended in 2011 and I became an independent contractor.

Why did it end, you might ask??????

Because of all the slackers driving up to the h.d. in Escalades getting free medicine, free visits, free maternity care, free baby deliveries, free child care, free baby formula, etc. drained the state thus creating layoffs. I didn't work the 6 years needed to become vested (only worked 5 1/2 years there). I have no pension, no IRA, no 401K. I then bought my own health insurance, paid for with my own money earned by working since then as an independent contractor!

How many ways and how many times does this have to be spelled out to you people? Nothing is free from the Feds or the State.....Taxpayers have been, are and will be paying other peoples' bills along with our own bills. That is the bottom line.
Nice that you got to enjoy the wonders of the individual market for a handful of years. I've been in it for 40.

If you had a $50/month premium, then it didn't cover much at all. Before ACA, I was about to pay between $300/$400 per month for a high deductible plan that I attached a HSA to. I'm extremely healthy, take no meds, and still only see a doctor once a year.

I don't know of any plan that was available for $50/month that was worth much of anything.

I bet it was like the $12 policy Trump talked about.

Yes...and the plan Aloysius gave to his employees before he took away their coverage. It didn't cover anything, but most people didn't find out until they needed it. Same plan McDonalds employees got.

I'll ask again...what's the difference if the Feds are paying for the uninsured, or if the Feds are paying for Medicaid?

Hint....the hospitals love the Medicaid expansion.

Typical right-wing idiot response.

I want a decent health care system in this country where people don't have to go bankrupt just for getting sick and can afford preventative care so they won't get seriously ill to begin with.

If the Ratpuke slime party had tried to take an active role in crafting a plan that worked rather than playing political games and clinging to their stupid small gub'mint ideology for the sake of appeasing their uneducated drooler idiot base, we'd probably have something decent in place right now.

the sad thing is it was a republican alternative to public care.

they hate their own children and theirn own ideas

So you don't believe in freedom of choice? That's all I ever needed. Being in generally good health, the little plan covered all I needed. Doctor and specialist visits, lab, x-ray, removal of a couple of skin melanomas, Rx, etc. You're acting like the gubment...judging what plan suits me and my needs. Take care of your own self.

You just can't read, can you?

"Nothing is free from the Feds or the State.....Taxpayers have been, are and will be paying other peoples' bills along with our own bills."

All civilised countries have proper health services. If you want to spite the poor and kill them, you are not a civilised country. Make your choice.
