A friend of mine took his dad bear hunting in Canada a few years back. You always carry a secondary weapon with you bear hunting, in case your rifle jams or the beast comes at you for close combat. Since owning a pistol is basically illegal in Canada, they gave the old man an axe. A 70 year old man is supposed to defend himself against a bear with an axe.

Nice to see a liberal finally admit that they don't think the US of A isn't a better country than Canada.

The axe was recommended by their experienced hunting guide as having a better chance of success over bear spray, which tends to piss them off. And here you admit that you wouldn't be able to handle the axe, while earlier you hated on the old man for using one.

A handgun is a far superior choice to either. The fact that you argue otherwise says a lot about your lack of common sense.

There are no shortage of guns in France. To get a gun licence though you have to undergo a psychological test. I suspect that if you had the same in the US then many would fail.

Why would we want the French to undergo a psychological test, to see if they would fail, in the US??
