Because the Senate Judiciary Committee has nothing to do with this....why won't she allow 3rd party experts to examine the evidence ?
The Senate has no right to interfere in a State election because of rumors....
And don't give a stupid answer like Desh's "why should she turn the yearbook over to Moore"....no one suggested that in the first place....

an attorney for Moore sent an official letter giving Allred forty-eight hours to release the yearbook to an independent examiner and to take steps to ensure the “immediate and professional preservation of the yearbook.”

You stupidity is monumental.....and it looks like Althea isn't the far in front of you....
