This European comedy sketch explains how the world sees America’s gun problem

Considering I didn't mention what words I would add then your comment is just your opinion. I personally don't care if people own guns. I personally do care that the public in general has access to guns which can kill scores of people in a very short time. There is no need for the public to have those kinds of guns. To target shoot? To slaughter deer with? What exactly do we need such guns out in the public for?

You don't have to mention those words specifically. When you think it's your place to determine what someone else needs and doesn't need, it's very easy to figure into what category the words you would use fit.

Appears to me as if your simply to cowardly to say them.

Just keep in mind, most of our military and law enforcement are private gun owners themselves.

And? They do the bidding of the leader of this country, remember. As long as they get to keep their guns I imagine many of them won't care if you have yours.

You mean like some on here who feel it's up to them to determine that a woman who finds herself pregnant should be forced to carry it cause you all know better than her what's good for her?

I in no way indicated I want guns taken away. I said I do not understand why a civilian needs a gun that can shoot a whole lot of people in a short space of time. Why? What's your answer to that question?

They don't think like liberals, rest assured. They took an oath to protect the constitution.

Many consider it for life.

It's mandatory- or you don't get paid.

People join the army for a job and the money. Recruiting sergeants who holler ' patriotism ' don't last long.

Where did you undertake your personal brainwashing ?

From them themselves.

Funny enough they aren't being used against the govt plus they are useless when the govt has bigger and better.

to keep freedom, we must accept that bad people will do bad things. and if the gov is going to use bigger and better to oppress us, then we should have those same weapons.

Under a system of ' government for the people by the people ' we are the government. Sure- nobody should have to suffer mindless oppression ( like the Palestinians do ) but good politicians with good policies prevent violence. That's why we have elections, isn't it- to get rid of any administration that starts to stink ?

So you believe average citizens should have access to bombs? Missiles? Nukes? Cause the govt has those too.

any elected official can turn on a dime and react badly on a moments notice. it's why we must always be prepared.

do you think the government would nuke us? launch missile carried chem weapons at us? anything you think the gov would use against us, we have a right to have as well.

Do I believe they would? Yes. Kent State comes to mind. Agent Orange. Waco. Ruby Ridge. Native Americans. Philadelphia neighborhood.

Ah, we finally found an honest gun-hugger. So you'd like to see citizens own fully-operational tanks, missile launchers (and missiles to go with them), incapacitating gases of various types and strengths, bombers, armed helicopters, etc. etc.?

Who gets to define "react badly"? How bad is bad? I think Trump is a clear and present danger to our country. Does that give me the right to go to DC and eliminate the perceived threat, according to your lights?
