You have no idea of the situations that could occur,shooter starts shooting during class changes.Kills loosing their heads running for their lives caught in a crossfire.

No I didn't keep the hood safe,I kept the people safe but keeping them inside while armed teenaged thugs went thru the neighborhood!

I know a hell of a lot more about the hood than you know about being in a gun fight. You have seen way to many Hollywood gun fights. People don't stand still and blaze away at each other. So all of your arguments are BS. How many guns have you ever owned or shot?
