Trump signs $1.3 Trillion bill he calls redicilous

President Schumer got everything he wanted in this spending bill.

We were able to overlook his personal failings so long as he governed on what he ran on and fought on behalf of his supporters, he has failed his base in such a uuuuge way this time that it won't be forgiven and which will prompt low turnouts in November and a likely primary challenge in 2020. His base was willing to fight so long as he was but he just bent the knee to the DNC and establishment republicans.

No. The Republicans just said they were over and over, and people slowly believed it. It has never been true,. The Repub blow up the debt huge every time they are in office, just like Forest Trump is doing now. The evidence shows if you worry about debt, vote Dem. The Repubs believe that if you bust the budget badly enough, you can stop all the programs like Welfare, medicare, the regulations agencies and many more. Bush started 2 wars off the books. Ever wonder why?

Entitlements is what the wealthy and corporations have managed to own.

Learn the difference between discretionary and non-discretionary spending you ignorant fuck.

Total malarkey, he never intended to veto it, today was just to cover his ass with the Tumpkins, now they'll be echoing either he got what he wanted for defense, or, he signed it reluctantly, the later they'll employ to label it a Democrat budget

If he really cared about the budget he could have gotten himself involved long before this and worked with the GOP Congress to insure he got what he wanted, remember, he's the "big deal maker"

Makes you really wonder how dumb does he thinks his Kool Aid drinkers are

Trump never read the bill.

It doesn't matter whether he did or not. He doesn't represent me or our area up here any more than some random stuff on the bottom of our boot does. He was elected to pretend to be us in 2016. He took thousands of dollars from the NRA for his campaign. The only issue that we share in common is protecting the Great Lakes. Other than that, he has his head up Trump's ass and he has done *nothing* to make Congresscritters more ethical and responsive to their constituents.

Here we go again, it's the NRA's fault. The bitch just can't stop bitching...

Look at this way. At least you are not saddled with real winners like the Rohrbacker and Nunes.

That's true. Ours just got elected in 2016 and has danced to Trump's tune ever since. Oh, and he offers "thoughts and prayers" every time there's another gun massacre. That's all the $5K that the NRA paid for him will allow.

And if the Republican Leadership didn't put it up for a vote and the majority of Republican's didn't vote for it it wouldn't have passed. It just like you to be so dishonest that you would blame the Democratic minority for Republican legislation. I mean it isn't like Republican's hold the House, Senate and White House. Fucking dishonest little PeePee at it again.
oh get your head out of your ass......this is a Demmycrat spending bill, not a Republican one.....we will revisit this in the midterm election and it certainly isn't going to hurt fiscal conservatives........

cutting one's nose off to spite one's face..
The Democrats are not an acceptable alternative -they are whack job PC based, sanctuary city, even bigger spenders.
It had to be done due to the damage inflicted by sequestor to the military.

The dems can act like children running around trying to gum up the works for no reason - but they are not governing.
Sometimes actually governing means making decisions you don't like, but are necessary.

I turned my back on them in 2008 after Bush Jr and his 2002 American Dream Downpayment Act caused the mortgage crisis and housing bubble and destroyed the economy. I changed my political affiliation from Republican the Independent.
I will never ever exclusively vote for one party. Both parties are dirty as hell and it's become a process of voting for the lesser of two evils.
yes.. so think it out..there is a choice here of the lessor of 2 evils.
Or vote 3rd party and wash your hands of the entire matter.

The conservative Republicans piss and moan about what the Democrats do to our nation when the Democrats are in charge...

...and they piss and moan about what the Democrats do to our nation when the Republicans are in charge.

Republican politicians simply do not know how to govern...and the Republican base is dumb enough to make excuses for them...even when they give their side total control of government.

Conservative Republicans would be a joke...except that they are a danger to the Republic.

keep the faith......he's still outnumbered by the DNC and establishment Republicans.......they are the ones we need to get rid of, not the fiscal conservatives......

lol.....you think the housing crisis started in 2002?......did you actually notice WHEN the fed started bundling high risk loans and guaranteeing them with taxpayer money?.///.

One pundit quipped that there’s only a fiscally Conservative party when democrats are in control.

And when Republicans are in control there is no fiscally Conservative party. He’s right.

Agreed. We don't end up with $20 trillion in debt without much bi-partisan co-operation. Ultimately that's the fault of us the voters because we don't hold politicians accountable in that we love when they cut our taxes yet also spend more on us.

The best bet today for fiscal conservatism is a bill Clinton type Dem as Pres and a Repubkican controlled congress

Nope. I am pissed at the GOP Congress

Really no point in them being in the majority if they are going to spend like the democrat party.

I don’t see any reason to support any House members in November.

It wouldn’t be the first time I turned my back on them

Agree 100%.
Well stated.

I would add that John Kasich had a lot to do with the budget during Clinton's presidency. He and Rand Paul would be the only two I would trust to be fiscally conservative in the White House.
