McCain book promises 'no-holds-barred' take on Trump

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) is set to offer a "no-holds-barred" assessment of the Trump administration in a new memoir.

The book's publisher, Simon and Schuster, said Monday that the title, "The Restless Wave," will begin with McCain's 2008 White House run against now-former President Barack Obama, and will reflect on his time in the Senate during Obama's tenure in office, according to AFP.

But he will also "share his experiences during the divisive 2016 election and his no-holds-barred opinions on the current developments coming out of Washington," the publisher said.

McCain and Trump have sparred publicly since early on in the 2016 presidential campaign.

We certainly have hit an all time low with this Trump administration. It will be interesting to read McCain's perspective.

It's sour grapes for McCain. Trump was able to do what McCain couldn't do. McCain couldn't defeat an unqualified, affirmative action black guy.

Obama wasn't affirmative action.. He was a legacy student like George W. Bush except Obama had better grades.

It takes a whole lot of balls, none of which you have sis, to infer than anyone in this world is unqualified after voting for Trump.

I'd put McCain's or Obama's credibility and resume up against Trump any day of the week. You can trow as many insults as you want, but deep down you know Trump will go down in History as the biggest Presidential Fuck Up ever.

BTW ... if someone gets into the Harvard door through affirmative action ... you still have to show up to class and learn like everyone else.

BTW . . if someone gets into Harvard through affirmative action, it's likely they get through it using the same type of thing.
