Actually, there are no concrete rules for declaring martial law. There is also no limit to how long martial law can last. All that's required is that the President perceives a national threat. I believe that a shadow government, trying to get rid of a duly elected President would qualify. Which is exactly the situation we are in right now.

No. I want traitors prosecuted to the full extent of the law. They are trying to get rid of a duly elected President. All because they are seriously butthurt because Hillary lost. This is nothing but a witch hunt, and you no it. They have found zero evidence, after a year of searching, that Trump has done anything illegal. There was no collusion. And even if there was, it is not a crime.
