I've never once compared gun deaths to auto deaths. But clearly you are channeling your inner Donald Trump, which is rather ironic, in claiming these high murder rates. Murder rates have dropped dramatically in this country

Every visit a high school right before Senior prom, kids are pounded with drinking and driving, and last I knew teachers aren't home listening to talk radio

And just as I told the other poster, autos primarily purpose ain't to kill something, and the auto is used quadruple times in one hour more than all the guns in America are used in a year, probably forty years not counting wars, and some of the drivers are stupidly drunk

I was just anticipating the two "arguments" most often employed by gun lovers, and you did hit on one

"Dramatically, no, continuously, yes, but it has nothing to do with the increase of guns in America, as I explained above, and especially since the total number of guns has increased but the number of gun owners has decreased

anything can be used as a weapon, so automatic dismissal based upon intent of the item is copping out and not wanting to deal with the real issue, that of simple human nature of agression and violence.

What does it matter what instrument is used in causing death? Absolutely none. They all have the same result.

So you're using the argument that someone killed by a NUT in a car is less dead than someone killed by a NUT with a gun?

BTW, still have what you say I shouldn't own and the cause of it is you don't have the guts to try and take them.
