I was simply replying to the mistaken belief that the number of guns is in any way responsible for the crime rate. That is a function of demographics and who runs the shit holes where these crimes take place.

The number of guns and their easy access is directly correlated to the number of gun deaths. Do yourself a favor and look up the stats.

One thing you must realize about liberals is that they are capable of believing two contradictory things at the same time. Chicago has some of the toughest gun control laws, but has the highest crime rate. Other cities have some of the highest guns per capita, yet have some of the lowest crime rates. Liberals are incapable of resolving this contradiction, because they believe it's the guns fault.

If so then why has the murder rate decreased when gun ownership rates increased?
As I’ve already pointed our multiple times, all violent crime has decreased since the 90s. What has remained constant? Our rank at hhe top of gun violence.

I don't see the problem? FBI told local cops to take the guns away from the kid. Father gave the guns back, and he went out and murdered a handful of people.

Show statistics then with total number of suicides and suicides by gun death and their numbers over the past 40 years.
Look them up yourself. 30,000+ gun deaths. Every year. Year in. Year out.
