Just for fun, I went to Google images and searched for "u.s. congress 1800" and changed the dates to "1900", "1920," and on up to "2000." (Obviously there were only paintings back in 1800.) Lots of building pics, but also paintings/photos of the ppl themselves. It was amazing how light-colored and male the composition was. Same with "u.s. president." It wasn't until 2008 that the POTUS looked different from the rest as far as race. Still male, though.

I'm pretty sure you all don't need to be in some "protected class" -- you all are in the club the rest of us are striving to join.

"protected class" is a legal doctrine by which the courts distinguish which groups have been given protected status under statutes prohibiting discrimination.........freedom of speech, which is the subject of the OP, does not have protected classes, as it is set forth by the constitution, not statute......

Business in the public square does not have a constitutional requirement of freedom of speech, any more than the owner does of this Board.
