Poll: Large majorities of Americans want to preserve Obamacare's consumer protections

OK, but whoever reimburses your doctor doesn't impact the quality of care your doctor gives you.

A doctor doesn't improve the quality of how they perform their job dependent on the entity that reimburses them after you receive care.

So why does the administration of reimbursements have to be privatized? None of you have been able to say.

You stupidly think this is about jealousy when it's not. It's about you defending something that has no impact on the quality of care your doctor gives you. You doctor doesn't even know who reimburses them after they treat you.

It's jealousy, boy.

I'll let the Constitution explain it. Nowhere does that document give Congress the authority to regulate healthcare or the coverage of healthcare. If you can't understand that, go on begging the government for it.

General Welfare clause.

Secondly, you've been unable to state why administration of reimbursements to providers have to be privatized. How does it being privatized enhance or improve the health care your doctor gives you before they're paid?

That doesn't say healthcare not does that mean you can demand the government do something for you because you're too fucking lazy to do it for yourself.

I did explain it. You didn't like the explanation. Jealous is a bad thing for you, boy.

That doesn't say healthcare

Yes, it says "General Welfare".

It also doesn't say "military", it says "Defense".

So like how you take "Defense" to mean "military", I take "General Welfare" to mean "health care".

No, you didn't explain it.

You said "profit motive", but you didn't relate that to anything. Insurance company profit motive improves your health care, how?

I would argue that the military is General Welfare as well, as the Army Corps of Engineers does infrastructure work that serves the general welfare.

Hello blackascoal,

"Now a group of 20 Republican attorneys general and governors is suing in federal court, seeking to wipe out the whole law."

They failed to get enough people to vote against their own better interest on this one, so they are trying to pull a legal coup to get rid of the law.

What total corporate lackeys they are!

Complete suck-ups to the big insurance and big pharma campaign donations which put them into office.

PHARM is international. They make the drugs in the 3rd world countries. They also have a strong presence in Ireland due to the ability to evade taxes.

Health insurance companies are terrible. They are in the health care denial business. Every procedure they can deny makes them more money. They refuse to allow you the healthcare you pay for. They ost a lot more every year way past inflation. They do not provide care. Hospitals and doctors do. They merely add cost to healthcare with no benefits.
