Otherwise she would have come forward when he was nominated and confirmed to the DC Circuit Court in 2003.

Did you know that 5 Supreme Court Justices have come from the DC Circuit Court?

Additionally, the DC Circuit Court has tremendous power to shape law for women's rights.

Why didn't that scare her into coming forward?

Seems to me that she just exposed the glaring flaw in this whole process; the GOP knew of Brett's misdeeds and tried to cover it up. That's why they won't release the other 96% of Brett's e-mails from his time as a Bush stooge.

What happened to "draining the swamp"? Kav was a Bush the Dumber lawyer.

What's suspicious is that the GOP knew about this incident and tried to cover it up; then gave up the game when they revealed they had this letter from 65 women testifying to Brett's character. Only, the allegations were made public just hours before that letter meant to refute them was released.

So that's suspicious.

What's not to be believed is that there are 65 women who can testify to Brett's moral character.

Furthermore, even if she had come forward then, you still wouldn't have believed her. But you expect us to believe there are 65 women who can testify to Brett's character from high school? Please.

what also makes perfect sense is Feinstein waits until AFTER the hearing s and drops the bomb.
Then the woman who requested anonymity decides she no longer wants it.

Plus the woman scrubs her social media ,which looks like she was into 'da resistance"
