Kavanaugh is about to get the Merick Garland treatment!

Walk into any prison, and gather all the rapists and sexual predators, and ask them if they are guilty!

No one- NO ONE- Admits this kind of behavior! And Kavanaugh, obviously, is no exception to the rule! Naturally he is going to deny! Deny! Deny!

Why, because he wants a quarter of a million dollar annual salary for the rest of his life playing God and setting our country back 250 years. That's why! He wants power! He wants to carry out his hatred on the bench towards women, Democrats, minorities, atheists, gays, poor people and etc- Basically all the people that all Republicans, including Donald Trump, hate.

He has an agenda alright, and it is a hate agenda!

Not only that, he believes presidents, and obviously jurists too- are above the law and can get by with anything- so long as they push his hate agenda.

No! He won't get approved!
 
Amazes me that these same people that are defending this sexual predator who violated a teenage girl, are the same people that have said Bill Cosby was guilty of the same things since day one.

It appears the story "Thickens"...….it appears that this "lady".....the word is used loosely.....had a "familial" hacket to grind with the Kavanaugh family. Bret's mother was the presiding JUDGE overseeing a case involving Ford's parents in a bank foreclosure court presiding....THEY LOST (can anyone say...Dead Beat history?) When researching more about this lady we find that she has a MENTAL history that requires psychotherapy.....and these charges "supposedly" stim from memories she did not remember for 30+ years.....(wink, wink) REPRESSED memories. And we all know just how "eat up" with objective and testable evidence the (wink, wink) PROFESSION of psychotherapy actually is...…...:laugh:

Repressed MEMORIES? :laugh: With her family having an ax to grind with the Kavanaugh family? Plus the documented fact that she has publicly worked against Trump in signing a letter to the ACLU urging them to fight against Mr. Trump's immigration policies. She is a documented "batty" liberal prof with an pre-existing axe to grind.

Right...… the hearing will be held by Conservative Trumpsters…...with a possible charge of PREJURY hanging over Ford under US CODE Article 18 Section 1001....and its a distinguished Judge that is screwed? Really? Bret will be confirmed way before the midterms. ;) This will not be like the Clarence Thomas hearings......As Trump makes sure that this preceding will be UNDER OATH.

This will be a great precedent to establish for any future "ME TOO" accusers who want to assassinate someone's character without objective, testable evidence. False accusations UNDER OATH to congress caries a penalty of 5 years in prison...….. US CODE Article 18 Section 1001. Its time these attempts to character assassinate someone's career by just making an unprovable claim comes to and end. Note: The White House made sure to let the world know...….this hearing would be conducted UNDER OATH. If this witness cannot provide objective, testable evidence of the CHARGES she made......she has committed PREJURY.

Yep. One guy black, the other white. Guess who gets a pass? That isn't to say that Cosby was unfairly prosecuted and convicted. Clearly he is a sexual predator, with more than one victim. It'll be interesting to see if any other women speak up about Kavanaugh. Maybe he reformed. Or maybe ala Trump he bought some silence.

Its all "moot".....there will be a "hearing" on Monday.....if this accuser is willing she can show up and speak...UNDER OATH. Regardless.....the controlling party (the republicans) have made a statement, they will hold a single day hearing on Monday, and the up or down vote will proceed on Wednesday. This tactic will not work, its transparent as hell. Feinstein has stated that she did not bring up this information during the recent conformation hearings or during her one on one sit down with the Judge even though she had this private letter since July....because, Feinstein said, "She wanted to remain silent and not reveal herself to the public (the accuser). Really? Why did she take a lie detector test in Aug.? Why did she hire a high profile lawyer paid by...guess who, in August if she was not expecting or did not want to go public? LMAO

Judge Kavanaugh will be confirmed as early as Next Wednesday. ;) This lying ass liberal female will not show up to testify to congress UNDER OATH.....she assumes this will play out over weeks or months in the press. Surprise....the vote will come next Wednesday. :laugh: Why because Chairman Grassley will go by THE BOOK.....unlike the democrats who have broken congressional protocol by not introducing this information where it was supposed to be revealed.....in the conformation hearing. This will be nothing like the last left wing Borking's. There will be a timely up or down vote. The legal time period for a conformation hearing has past....and its up to the Chairman to establish the ground rules for any SPECIAL considerations. And he has, a one day opportunity for the accuser to face the Judge in person UNDER OATH.....with a following up or down vote of belief to come 2 days later. This will be over very quickly.


This is going to back fire BIG TIME...….with this obvious attempt at character assassination via another unprovable PUSSY CHARGE from almost 40 years ago. The public will not get to cast any votes....only the Senators will vote. But THE PEOPLE will vote in NOVEMBER. Along with Mr. Trump de-classifying the lies told to the FISA court etc., right before the election. Things are looking up.

Her “therapist” testimony conflicts with what she is saying today. Why is that? In a court of law, which do you think will have more weight, the written record or what she is saying today?
