Dems are the party of mindless obstructionism. Did anyone notice Lindsey Graham voted for both Kagan and Sotomayor?
It used to be that way. Senators looked at the quality of the individual, not the politics
or not "da resistance".
The reason being they were qualified in Grahams (and others) estimation -
not because he agrees with their ideology.
That's how adults approach the courts. Adults recognize the senate's role is advise and consent.
Children fling innuendo, and stamp their feet that they don't like his political bent
( even though he shows no signs of politics influencing his decisions)
