Any JPP liberals want to explain all of these??

Has anyone noticed how no liberal has tried to explain how so many men could be wrongly convicted of rape and instead, one tried to divert the topic to the death penalty and one just wants to stay focused on Judge Kavanaugh.

They didn't get accused of crimes during their confirmations. Would you say that Thomas has much more cause to be partial than does Roberts?

I don't remember their demeanor during the confirmation process. I can't answer that.

The topic is exoneration, asswipe. People wrongly convicted.

These guys were lucky. They were freed. How many do you suppose were wrongly put to death over the years?

Read Grisham’s “An Innocent Man” and that may open your ignorant eyes. Doubtful, but possible.

Either that or option 2: When I hit you with the direct quote from Ginsburg about having 5 Democrats on the SC you knew your position was lost. I don't blame you, I'm not bad at playing Devil's Advocate and even I would have a serious problem defending your position after that quote.

But you failed to realize that it was also about men who had been accused of sexual assault and / or rape.

Still doesn’t change the fact that 95%+ walk, does it?

Also doesn’t change the argument about the death penalty, does it, Jethro? Exoneration after one has been executed doesn’t help a lot, does it?
