The reason we want Kavanaugh(and even more originalists)on the SCOTUS, is to give them some time off. The damn demorat “legislators” come up with so much sewage that they need to pack the court with activist judges who will legislate from the bench.

Why are "originalist" only "originalist" when it suits them? The SCOTUS needs a few more true to the core civil libertarians, not "originalist" or "strict constructionist" or whatever pretense of early americanism they try to pervert.
