If you were born here you are not a citizen?
what a fucking idiot idea
Hey DUMBASS! That means that he could DESIGNATE you, me, any enemy, any one who doesn't vote his way, NOT A US CITIZEN. Think about it.
"Shall not be infringed" is not stand alone, it is dependent on the prefatory clause, in simple terms, it would be like a kid's mother saying,"if you clean up your room, I will owe you an allowance." That doesn't mean the kid is automatically owed the allowence, but the allowence is dependent upon him cleaning his room, the prefatory clause. Same logic applies to "shall not be infringed"
No it doesn't you ignorant buffoon. Grow a fucking brain already.

Did I say that Obama tried to "change the Constitution via executive order", Zappacrite?
Now, dance, and claim that I did.
Dance to my tune.
Dance!
So if a couple from France is here for a funeral and the wife is 7 mths pregnant. Goes into labor has the kid premature..the kid should be a US Citizen?
So you agree with me that Obama never tried to amend the constitution via executive order.
This is long overdue. The word "jurisdiction" in the 14th amendment obviously means POLITICAL jurisdiction not legal jurisdiction. And kids born to illegals inherit the nationality of the mother and are under the political jurisdiction of her country.
We don’t need a constitutional amendment, the language of the 14th is clear - it does not apply to children of non-citizens because they are not subject to our jurisdiction/laws simply due to the fact that they are not here legally.
"The correct interpretation of the 14th Amendment is quite simply that an illegal alien mother is subject to the jurisdiction of her native country, as is her baby."
Exactly![]()
Cut the bull shit, you know nothing and Trump is going to do nothing. Its all about staring up his base with a week to go in the election. Sadly for your kind, millions have already voted
Watching JPP Trumpkins trying desperately to energize their rapidly shrinking voter base is a thing of beauty!
Never in American history since the 14th was passed, has a baby born in the United States ever been denied citizenship, except those born to diplomats or Indian tribes. You guys want to change that because you're afraid you can't win over their votes. Disgusting.
