Is anyone here in disagreement with the Democrat prediction of gaining house seats?

I believe that was your intention.

You would be wrong again snowflake.

(Do you ever reply to people without an insult?)

Only when the person I am responding to isn't an ignorant low IQ dumbass on steroids. Why?

The most useless and silly statement of the year: "That's why [Obama] will be in history a useless President, one of the MOST useless."

Trump is the most divisive president since the Civil War.

"Trump is the most divisive president since the Civil War." jm #152
That's not what Trump told us.

"I'm a unifier. This country is totally divided. Barack Obama has divided this country unbelievably. And it's all, it's all hatred. What can I tell you? I've never seen anything like it.
Now: I'm going to unify the country. I'll be a unifier. I think I'll bring people together. And that includes Blacks and Whites and everything. I think people will come together." Republican primary candidate Trump October 2015

If what you assert is true jm, that would mean President Trump lied.

Presidents don't lie. Right?

... or, once again, beyond anyone's reasonable doubt, it shows you ARE NOT a 'Structural Engineer' that you have portended to be and have (in some limited cases) hoodwinked the fine denizens of JPP.
(It's amazing how you have been able to bamboozle people here at JPP with that incredible and far fetched Tale, simply amazing!)

You've bambozzled yourself.

the difference this time will be public opinion, the will of the people cannot be ignored.

Vast majority of Americans did not want Obamacare to be passed, Obama did it anyway and he paid the price in the midterms and never again had the power of congress behind him, to which he had to cry obstructionism the rest of the way,
That's why he will be in history a useless President, one of the MOST useless. His possibilities to unite were endless, he chose to divide.

today, if you think the majority of Americans want another Trump investigation, talk of impeachment, you are just out of touch.
And the Democrats will pay for it if they so choose, in 2020 and beyond.

there is no basis for not supporting Trump and his policies given the state of the union. Marrying yourself to illegal immigrants, disrespecting the flag, raising our taxes, and starting new "investigations" into old triggered mal-content is not a winning strategy.

Democrats "should" take seats in both houses, "should". but I'm not sure they have their finger on the pulse, we shall see

If the Democrats win control of the House that would mean public opinion sides with them.

...and if they don't win?

It would indicate more satisfaction with the status quo.

Actually, it is the "surge and decline" theory explaining why the president's party almost always loses seats in mid-term elections.

For those who claim it is a referendum on the presidency that means the public always disapproves of the president in mid-terms (except FDR, Bush, and Clinton) since his party always loses seats.

If it fails you'll get the same ole...

Trump is taking a page from Obama here, though he's doing it much more...

At least when he's on the road speechifying he's not causing problems in DC. He is costing us a lot of money though. Think what we could have done with all the money spent this election.
