because the actual court case doesnt matter as much as the court of public opinion. We have to make sure we win seats after all. If the GOP hadnt gone after mueller then the dems would have gained more seats.

The actual court case will determine whether Trump remains POTUS or goes to jail.
 
The walls caved in on daffy. The house will investigate Trump and he knows what he has done. He is in deep shit. This week, info came out proving he directed the payoff to women to avoid the affairs coming out before the election. It was a payoff that included using a "news" organization. Easy and clear campaign violations ,that he directed. Wonder how many more are going to come out? Trump will not be running in 2020. Unless running from the law counts.

Well if there's a court case you're assuming it will be after Trump's second term. While he's president he'd be tried in the Senate.
