Nope. The reds still own the Senate. It will take pressure from the people to make the Repugs move. The house and Senate did pass a CR. Trump agreed to it. Then he changed his alleged mind. That means this mess belongs to him, just him. This is the Trump shutdown.

the house and senate voted for different resolutions.......that's not how congress sends bills to be signed by the president.....
