American family feuds, Trump, politics

I guess it depends on what your definition of racism is. I see racism as disliking someone, and treating them badly, because of their race or ethnicity. I don't think assuming that ethnic groups stick together is racism.

So an American-born judge of Hispanic DNA is going to "stick together" with other Hispanics when deciding a court case involving Trump -- that did NOT involve Hispanics in any way, shape, or form except perhaps as one of his victims? That's pure racism right there both on Trump's part and on your own. As others have said, you don't get to define what racism is, particularly if you are racist.

I doubt Trump read that book or even knew what was in it. Unless he admitted to the quotes themselves, I don't believe he said those things. Besides, this is stuff he supposedly said back in the nineties, over twenty years ago.

What difference does it make if Trump read the book or not? So time is a factor in deciding whether someone said something racist? Do you have a written code or something for that? Like, if Trump said something racist 10 minutes ago, that's more likely to be racist than if he said it 15 years ago? Does some of the bigotry rub off over time or something? I deliberately did not bring up the lawsuits he lost involving refusing to rent to non-whites (1970s). I also did not bring up this: "In 1989, Trump took out ads in New York newspapers urging the death penalty for five black and Latino teenagers accused of raping a white woman in Central Park; he argued they were guilty as late as October 2016, more than 10 years after DNA evidence had exonerated them." (source: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/01/15/opinion/leonhardt-trump-racist.html) because I figured you'd claim that he'd somehow magically changed since then. I suppose you don't consider his insistence on Obama's birthplace being Kenya racist either. This of course leads me to suspect that you yourself are racist.

Yes, but he didn't say the people were shit-hole people. He was talking about the cultures they are coming from. Bernie Sanders was also against third world immigration, even if he was nicer in how he put it.

Whatever.

I'm not a Trump supporter, so I don't care much either way. However, I do think these nonsense claims are going to help get him reelected. Cortez already shot herself in the foot by calling him racist.

Actually just the opposite, but run with what you know.

Would a Hispanic judge be biased against Trump because he sees Trump as racist against Hispanics? Yes, absolutely. Look at all the Hispanics who were screaming "RACIST!" when all Trump did was talk about illegal immigration. I know this is hard for Liberals to hear, but non-white groups do stick together. Hispanic-Americans identify with other Hispanics, even if they are illegal immigrants. #notallhispanics, but certainly a lot of them.

It matters because Trump probably didn't know what he was agreeing to. Did he agree to saying the quotes, or did he not even know what he was being asked about?
Of course it matters when he supposedly said those things. People change. I don't care about what he may have said over twenty years ago.
Supporting the death penalty for rapists isn't racist, even if those rapists are not white. And obviously, Trump didn't know they were exonerated.
Something I've noticed about Trump is that if he considers someone an opponent, he will jump on ANY conspiracy theory about them. He said Ted Cruz's father was involved in the murder of JFK. He said Cruz wasn't an American because he was born in Canada. Is this Trump being racist against Cubans? Of course not, it's just him using anything he can to bury Cruz in the eyes of the public. So no, I don't think him jumping on the ridiculous birther movement was him being racist.

The DNC tried the racism card constantly in the last election. It failed. It they try the same bullshit, it will fail again.

He said he was going to build a wall and Mexico would pay for it, yet now he's trying to get us to pay for it.

Dear idiot; the cost of the wall amounts to .065% of the Federal budget. Once it gets built, Mexico will indeed pay for it via fees.

He also said he was going to drain the swamp, which was an even bigger lie.

I find this statement ironic in that morons like you are all for the swamp. You should be happy he is being fought on this issue tooth and nail. But alas, you're a low IQ moron who thinks Trump has not been doing it.

You see, when you get your information from the idiots in the FAKE news, you become a low information moron.

Why are you getting so triggered? Is it because you know I'm right?
