You don't need that. All you really need is a wall for those attempting illegal entry and a green card system you are willing to enforce.
When someone comes here legally to work, they are assigned an SS number and ID card. That card should be much like a PHOTO drivers license which is easy to create. It would be tied to a PHOTO online database anyone can look up that contains a picture of the worker and his proper SS information.
If they overstay their visas, the database comes up with a RED flag informing the employer the person is here illegally. They can detain or report the person immediately.
The irony of overstays is that we know where these people are because they are using their assigned SS number and still paying taxes. They could be picked up and deported tomorrow.
How is that a solution? That's about as moronic as you claiming we don't have a border problem with 11 million illegals living here. Dumb cunt.
