I hate george bush and always did. His team was behind the 911 attacks and then he invaded iraq and murdered a million civilians and then he started the multi-trillion dollar bailouts for the banks.
The basic insurance plan requirements were in the bill. Yes, he did make that qualification. That is why lots of insurance plans were scrapped by the bill. They were so bad, that you were paying for coverage you could not use.
