Based on my discussions with the Special Counsel and my initial review, it is apparent that the report contains material that is or could be subject to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e), which imposes restrictions on the use and disclosure of information relating to “matter occurring before [a] grand jury.” Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e)(2)(B). Rule 6(e) generally limits disclosure of certain grand jury information in a criminal investigation and prosecution. Id. Disclosure of 6(e) material beyond the strict limits set forth in the rule is a crime in certain circumstances. See, e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 401(3). This restriction protects the integrity of grand jury proceedings and ensures that the unique and invaluable investigative powers of a grand jury are used strictly for their intended criminal justice function.

Given these restrictions, the schedule for processing the report depends in part on how quickly the Department can identify the 6(e) material that by law cannot be made public. I have requested the assistance of the Special Counsel in identifying all 6(e) information contained in the report as quickly as possible. Separately, I also must identify any information that could impact other ongoing matters, including those that the Special Counsel has referred to other offices. As soon as that process is complete, I will be in a position to move forward expeditiously in determining what can be released in light of applicable law, regulations, and Departmental policies.

As I observed in my initial notification, the Special Counsel regulations provide that “the Attorney General may determine that public release of” notifications to your respective Committees “would be in the public interest.” 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(c). I have so determined, and I will disclose this letter to the public after delivering it to you.

If you think that the investigations into your corrupt president is over, you are the one that is bat-shit-crazy.

The Barr Summary that came out over the weekend and ham-handed to congress is basically another obstruction of justice and a coverup of the actual and factual Mueller report.

What was not released, was the many notations to Congress, by Mueller, to continue their own investigations and make their own conclusions about whether Trump concluded with the Russians or his efforts to Obstruct Justice to cover up his tracks and thwart the investigation by abusing executive powers.

Because of the conflict of interests of Barr, and his loyalty to Donald Trump for being gifted his Attorney General job, a job that he had to promise he would not recuse himself from the Special Council investigation, he is basically not in any position to have a final say-so in this matter. He should have also recused himself from the Special Council investigation and just turned the Mueller report over to the House of Representatives- that is if he puts this country before playing politics and trying to cover for this rogue corrupt president. His act of summarizing the report and edit it to make Trump look innocent makes him just another corrupt link in Donald Trump's Obstruction of Justice chain.

This is nothing more than another attempt to deprive the people of the truth and obstruct justice, and it is not going to work like Donald Trump, Barr, and all of Trump's followers think at this moment.

The war is not over, and Donald Trump is not getting by with anything yet. This was one battle that turned into a stalemate for the people of America because of the Democracy crisis we find ourselves in.

Robert Mueller has known all along that he would be unable to indict a sitting president, and he ran into a stalemate trying to get witnesses to tell the truth, where many of the witnesses live in Russia, one is holed up in an Embassy over n the UK, and they couldn't be subpoenaed to even testify. so he wrapped up his investigation, and said here is what we have been able to nail down, here is what we have not been able to nail down, and is leaving this up to Congress and the American people to make their own conclusions as to whether any of Donald Trump and his campaigns actions are acceptable to the American People- whether it broke any laws on the books as they are right now- or not

Not everything a president is judged for or impeached for has to do with breaking the law! A vocal majority can insure Congress investigate and impeach a president for ethical reasons as well, and anything not acceptable to a vocal majority.

The House will now continue their investigations. Mueller will be subpoenaed, Barr will be subpoenaed, and perhaps even Donald Trump will have to come down to the House floor and testify on his own behalf.

Nothing is over- It is just getting started!

Perhaps you can then keep-up and watch how we the people deal with corrupt presidents, and Attorney Generals who try to cover for their corrupt presidents!

Collusion has a lot to do with conversations, many times between two individuals in a room with no other witnesses. When it comes down to he said/she said (like the Kavanaugh investigation) a prosecutor like Mueller and his Grand Jury cannot win in court, so they will not indict. And a president in office cannot be indicted. So the investigation ran into stalemates.

It does not say that anyone is guilty or innocent or that the investigation was a fairy tale or a witch hunt

It just says that, so far, it cannot be proven in court, so they choose not to indict.

Now you can spin that anyway you like!

But, there is not a 5th grader in the country that thinks any investigation of Donald Trump is a fairy tell!

The Mueller Report was very clear. No collusion and no proof of obstruction.

The Barr summary indicates this and the law determines which parts can be released, not some disappointed Democrats who are eating crow as we speak.
