I do not know until I know what is in the report. If the Report contains Grand Jury transcripts, it would be illegal for Barr to show Rump.
Citation needed. What laws would be broken if in private, Trump sees the entire report; and what law says he cannot?

According to the law, if William Barr were to go to the court and ask for an order allowing him to release the grand jury information it would be legal, so no I do not disagree with those Congressman, since there is a way he can do it legally.
So Barr cannot do it for Trump, but he can do it for Congress? It's not illegal for Trump to see the report. But if you can find the law that states he can only see the redacted report, I'd like to see the source.
