in the past companies could just turn to illegals to fill the void if their employees left. Now that Trump is cracking down on them companies are having a harder time doing that forcing companies to increase wages.

Actually employers still hire illegal. Thats why we will have all 11 million of them in our country. Our trade deficit under Trump is wider than ever which means a lot of outsourcing going on (although it is debatable whether the trade deficit actually hurts jobs overall). In addition automation is expected to eat up tens of millions of jobs over the next few decades. Hope we create new ones because those 4.4 million driving jobs are going to machines.
