Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Blowjob Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of (Deep) State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

The Department of Justice decided to continue "investigating" this for four years without Congress or the public knowing.

The "investigation" was supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who became Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who became the deputy FBI director.

Robert Mueller was head of the FBI from Sept 2001-Sept 2013 until James Comey took over as FBI Director in 2013. They were both involved in Russian collusion - since this case started in 2009 and ended in 2015.

The failing New York Times even reported on the crooked deal in 2015:


As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, lots of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.

Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million.

Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

The Clintons took cash from Uranium One officials before the deal was approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

The Clintons hid the donations - a clear violation of the Memorandum of Understanding Hillary Clinton signed with the Obama administration wherein she promised and agreed to publicly disclose all donations during her tenure as Secretary of State.




Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to (Deep) State Department approval.

FBI information about corruption in a Clinton-approved uranium deal with Russia raises questions about Hillary Clinton’s actions after the FBI broke up a deep-cover Russian spy ring in 2010.

For a decade, the FBI ran an operation called Ghost Stories to monitor and rip apart a deep-cover Russian agent network. Ghost Stories tracked a ring Russian spies who lived between Boston and Washington, D.C., under false identities.

It was one of the FBI’s most successful counterintelligence operations in history.

After the FBI arrested 10 Russian spies in June, 2010, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton worked feverishly to return the Russian agents to Moscow in a hastily arranged, lopsided deal with Putin.

It's not just the Clintons who are implicated in a uranium deal with the Russians that compromised national-security interests.

The cool half-million the Putin regime funneled to Bill Clinton was five times the amount it spent on those Facebook ads — the ones the media-DEMOCRAT complex ludicrously suggests swung the 2016 presidential election to Trump.

By contrast, the staggering $500,000 payday from a Kremlin-tied Russian bank for a single speech looks like part of a multi-million-dollar influence-peddling scheme to enrich the former president and his wife.

At the time, Russia was plotting — successfully — to secure U.S. government approval for its acquisition of Uranium One, and with it, tens of billions of dollars in U.S. uranium reserves.

The Uranium One scandal is not only, or even principally, a Clinton scandal.

It is an Obama-administration scandal. The Clintons were just doing what the Clintons do. The Obama administration, with Secretary Clinton at the forefront but hardly alone, was knowingly compromising American national-security interests.

The administration green-lighted the transfer of control over one-fifth of American uranium-mining capacity to Russia, a hostile regime — and specifically to Russia’s state-controlled nuclear-energy conglomerate, Rosatom.

Worse, at the time the administration approved the transfer, it knew that Rosatom’s American subsidiary was engaged in a lucrative racketeering enterprise that had already committed felony extortion, fraud, and money-laundering offenses.

The Clinton Foundation Took Big Bucks from Uranium Investors


According to the failing New York Times, the Clinton Foundation received $2.35 million in donations from Ian Telfer, a mining investor who was also the chairman of Uranium One when Rosatom acquired it.

It also received $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more from Frank Giustra, the Canadian mining financier whose company merged with Uranium One.

NRC memos show that it did approve the shipment of yellowcake uranium — the raw material used to make nuclear fuel and weapons — from the Russian-owned mines in the United States to Canada in 2012 through a third party.

Later, the Obama administration approved some of that uranium going all the way to Europe, government documents show.

NRC officials said they could not disclose the total amount of uranium that Uranium One exported because the information is proprietary.

They did, however, say that the shipments only lasted from 2012 to 2014 and that they are unaware of any exports since then.

NRC officials admit that Uranium One exports flowed from Wyoming to Canada and on to Europe between 2012 and 2014, and the approval involved a process with multiple agencies.

Rather than give Rosatom a direct export license — which would have raised red flags inside a Congress already suspicious of the deal — in 2012 the NRC authorized an amendment to an existing export license for a Paducah, Ky.-based trucking firm called RSB Logistics Services Inc. to add Uranium One to the list of clients whose uranium it could move.

The license is dated March 16, 2012, and it increased the amount of uranium ore concentrate that RSB Logistics could ship to the Cameco Corp. plant in Ontario from 7,500,000 kilograms to 12,000,000 kilograms and added Uranium One to the “other parties to Export.”

The Obama administration also knew that congressional Republicans were trying to stop the transfer.

Consequently, the Justice Department concealed what it knew.

DOJ allowed the racketeering enterprise to continue compromising the American uranium industry rather than commencing a prosecution that would have scotched the transfer.

Prosecutors waited four years before quietly pleading the case out for a song, in violation of Justice Department charging guidelines. Meanwhile, the administration stonewalled Congress, reportedly threatening an informant who wanted to go public.

The first-tier military arsenal of Putin’s Russia belies its status as a third-rate economic power.

For well over a decade, the regime has thus sought to develop and exploit its capacity as a nuclear-energy producer.

Naïvely viewing Russia as a “strategic partner” rather than a malevolent competitor, the Bush administration made a nuclear-cooperation agreement with the Kremlin in May 2008.

That blunder, however, was tabled before Congress could consider it.

That is because Russia, being Russia, invaded Georgia.

In 2009, notwithstanding this aggression (which continues to this day with Russia’s occupation of Abkhazia and South Ossetia), President Obama and Secretary of (Deep) State Clinton signaled the new administration’s determination to “reset” relations with Moscow.

In this reset, renewed cooperation and commerce in nuclear energy would be central.

There had been such cooperation and commerce since the Soviet Union imploded.

In 1992, the administration of President George H. W. Bush agreed with the nascent Russian federation that U.S. nuclear providers would be permitted to purchase uranium from Russia’s disassembled nuclear warheads (after it had been down-blended from its highly enriched weapons-grade level).

The Russian commercial agent responsible for the sale and transportation of this uranium to the U.S. is the Kremlin-controlled company “Tenex” (formally, JSC Techsnabexport).

Tenex is a subsidiary of Rosatom. Tenex (and by extension, Rosatom) have an American arm called “Tenam USA.”

Tenam is based in Bethesda, Md.

Around the time President Obama came to power, the Russian official in charge of Tenam was Vadim Mikerin.

The Obama administration reportedly issued a visa for Mikerin in 2010, but a racketeering investigation led by the FBI determined that he was already operating here in 2009.
