I have to amend, it is difficult, but is is not a child, it is a potential child. I think the Mothers right to privacy from government intervention in her life is greater than the potential child. I agree abortion should be banned in the third trimester unless the health of the mother is at significant risk. In the first two trimesters its not the governments province. In the third if the mothers health is at significant risk its not the governments province.
