Scarborough says dems must "defend rule of law". Like DACA and sanctuary cities?

The obama administration was the most lawless we ever had. With his DACA program obama admits he gave 800,000 illegals a card saying they can live and work here even though the LAW says they can't.

He later added, “History has chosen the Democratic Party at this point in time to be the only party in America who will stand up and defend the rule of law. The only party. There is no one else there.
